Process automation and applied AI for small business · New Jersey

Your week is full of work a computer should be doing.

I set up automation and AI agents on the tools you already use, so invoices get chased, quotes get followed up and your inbox sorts itself. I also get you found on Google and in the AI apps people now search with. Fixed price, and you keep everything.

Send it now and you'll have a written answer by end of day.

Which of these still happens by hand?

Watch an agent clear the kind of chores I automate. Tap any chore to make the list your own.Your turn. Tick what still happens by hand at your place, then send me the list.

Send me this list

What I set up for you.

Hand the busywork to your own AI agent, or start with one job. Either way it runs on your accounts, and a person still signs off where it matters.

Applied AI · Your own agent

An assistant that works for your business around the clock.

A private AI agent set up for your business alone. You message it like you'd message an employee, and it does the work: chases the invoice, drafts the quote, pulls last month's numbers, researches a supplier. The jobs below are the ones owners usually hand it first.

  • Message it on Telegram or open it on your desktop
  • Has its own email address to write to customers and suppliers
  • Connects to your email, calendar, files and the apps you already use
  • Keeps notes on how you like things done and gets better every week
  • Works around the clock, including nights and weekends
  • Runs on accounts you own and touches only what you approve

You still decide what it can send without asking you first.

Automation

The collections desk

Sends every invoice on time, chases the late ones on a schedule, and logs each promise to pay against the bank feed.

You still make the awkward call on day 45.

Replaces: chasing invoices, reconciling the bank feed

Automation

The quote chaser

Follows up every estimate on day three and day ten, closes out the dead ones, and puts the warm ones on your calendar.

You still do the walk-through and win the job.

Replaces: following up quotes, booking appointments

Applied AI

The inbox triager

Reads every email as it lands, sorts it, drafts the routine replies, and flags the few that need you.

You still answer the ones that matter.

Watch it run
Local SEO and AEO

The lead engine

Puts you in Google's map results and in the answers ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews give when someone nearby asks who to call.

You still answer the phone and win the job.

See a site I rank

What the work looks like.

Two automations redrawn as they run, with stand-in names and numbers, and a local site I rank, with real positions.

Excel, email classification

An email classifier

Every incoming email is read, tagged by type with a confidence score and logged to the sheet. The few that need a person are flagged; the rest are already filed.

Outcome: every email sorted, with action items flagged
Excel, PDF generation, email drafting

Spreadsheet rows to finished PDFs and drafted emails

Each row becomes a formatted PDF, attached to a personalized email waiting in drafts. Someone reviews and presses send.

Outcome: takes the friction out of reporting and invoicing
Local SEO, Google Business Profile

My own local site, ranked #1 on Google

I built a radon mitigation site for Union County, New Jersey from scratch, with a page for every town it serves, an active Google Business Profile and a new article every week. It ranks #1 for the searches that turn into booked jobs, and near the top for the related ones around them.

Outcome: #1 for high-intent searches, page one for related ones
  • radon mitigation union county nj#1
  • radon mitigation companies near me westfield#1
  • radon mitigation garwood nj#1
  • radon testing westfield nj#2
  • radon mitigation mountainside nj#2
  • radon mitigation westfield nj#4

A selection from the keywords I track every week. Organic Google results, searched from Westfield, NJ.

Got something like this eating your week? The first thirty minutes are free, and you keep the list either way.

Four steps, and you can stop after the first.

The audit is free and the list it produces is yours whether you hire me or not.

1

We walk your week

Thirty minutes, in person if you're close. I note every point where a person moves information by hand, check how you show up on Google and in AI search, and work out what each gap costs you.

2

I come back with a shortlist

Two or three things worth fixing first, a fixed price for each, and an honest note on what should stay manual. Inside three business days.

3

I build it and run it beside you

The new process runs alongside the old one until it's boring. Nothing gets switched off on a promise.

4

You get the runbook

Written documentation your team can follow without me, plus a number to call. Some clients keep me on for the next one.

I learned this where getting it wrong was expensive.

I spent five years at Bridgewater Associates running month-end work where one mistyped figure ends up on a client statement. Everything there is written down, every step has an owner, and every mistake becomes a fix.

Today I run private equity analytics at APG Asset Management, where I turned a six-hour month-end report into one that finishes in sixty seconds. By EOD brings the same care to small businesses. Every build is documented, runs on your accounts, and stays yours if you ever let me go.

What it costs.

The audit

Free

Thirty minutes on your operation and how customers find you, then a written list of what to fix first, ranked by what it's costing you. Yours either way.

The build

from $999

One process, your own AI agent or your local search setup, scoped from the audit, built and handed over in one to three weeks. Fixed price agreed before I start. Runbook and two weeks of shakedown support included.

Keeping it running

from $500 / mo

A set number of hours: keep what's built working, keep your Google profile and pages fresh, build the next one, and answer the phone when something breaks. Cancel whenever.

Questions people ask first.

What kinds of tasks can you automate?

Anything where a person moves information between places on a schedule: estimates and follow-ups, invoices and statements, weekly reports, inbox sorting, and records that have to match across two apps.

Do I have to switch to new software?

No. I build on what you already pay for, including Excel, your email and your accounting or field-service apps, and add code only where it earns its place.

How do you use AI?

Two ways. Inside single jobs, to read and sort email, pull details out of documents and draft replies. And as your own private agent, which you message on Telegram or a desktop app and which does errands for you. Anything a plain rule can do stays a plain rule.

What is AEO, and why does it matter?

Answer engine optimization. More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews who to call instead of scrolling a list of links. AEO works on the pages, reviews and business details those answers draw from, so your business is the one they name.

Tell me the one task that eats your week.

If I can't automate it I'll say so, and you'll still leave with the list. Bring the thing everybody in the office complains about.

Written answer by end of day.
